Grote schoonmaak op kantoor? Eerst naar de groothandel!

Het voorjaar is begonnen en dat betekent tijd voor de grote schoonmaak. Ook bij jou op kantoor is een grote schoonmaak vaak wel een keer nodig. Stoffige beeldschermen, vieze plekken op het behang en kringen op het bureau, allemaal tekenen dat jouw kantoor wel klaar is voor de grote schoonmaak. Uiteraard wordt het kantoor eens per week of misschien wel vaker, goed schoongemaakt. Maar nu is de tijd aangebroken om alles eens grondig aan te pakken.

Waar te beginnen

Het plan is er, we gaan beginnen. Maar waar moet je beginnen? Zorg ten eerste dat je tijd vrijmaakt om het kantoor eens goed aan te pakken. Plan een dag voor elke ruimte in. Zo weet je zeker dat het goed gebeurd en hou je het overzicht. Zorg daarnaast voor voldoende schoonmaakproducten en andere schoonmaakmiddelen. Deze kun je prima halen bij een non food groothandel. Een non food groothandel is alleen beschikbaar voor bedrijven en ondernemingen die ingeschreven staan bij de KvK. Het voordeel van zo’n groothandel is uiteraard de prijs, die vaak een heel stuk lager ligt dan de reguliere winkels en supermarkten. Maar daarnaast biedt een groothandel ook veel kwaliteit en heeft deze een uitgebreid assortiment schoonmaakproducten. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan allesreinigers, bleekmiddelen en schoonmaakazijn, maar ook producten zoals handschoenen, vaatdoeken, papieren handdoekjes en sponsjes kun je bij de groothandel kopen. Niet alleen bespaar je hiermee vele euro’s, ook heb je de keuze uit een uitgebreid assortiment en maak je een bewuste keuze in A-, B- of huismerken.

Aan de slag

Alles staat klaar. Tijd om aan de slag te gaan. Dus trek je handschoenen aan en start in de eerste ruimte. De eerste stap is het opruimen van de ruimte. Oude papieren die niet meer gebruikt worden, boeken die niet meer relevant zijn of pennen die overal rondslingeren, ruim je netjes op. Werk vervolgens van boven naar beneden. Je start dus eerst met het weghalen van spinnen rag in de hoekjes van het plafond, gaat vervolgens aan de slag met het afstoffen van de kasten en geeft de muren een goede schoonmaakbeurt. Maak ook de stoelen netjes schoon met een sopje, zodat al die lelijke plakken uit het stof verdwijnen. Alles afgesopt en afgestoft? Dan kun je aan de slag met de stofzuiger en dweil. De ruimte ruikt hierna niet alleen heerlijk, maar is ook lekker fris en stralend schoon. Je werknemers zullen versteld staan!
